Simpler Media Group, Inc. (“SMG”) grew out of the publication, which was launched back in 2003.

As a native digital publisher the publication was able to rapidly adapt to the evolving customer- and employee-facing digital landscapes, and continues to follow the evolution of digital customer experience, the digital workplace and enterprise information management today.

Current SMG serves an online audience of more than 5 million readers spread across the globe, with the majority of the readership located in North America. We produce about 150 articles per month, with topics structured around our monthly editorial calendars (CMSWire, Reworked, VKTR).
