Simpler Media Group, Inc. ("SMG") grew out of the CMSWire.com publication, which was launched back in 2003. As a native digital publisher the publication was able to rapidly adapt to the evolving enterprise digital tools and practices landscape and continues to follow the evolution of digital customer experience, collaboration and digital workplace and enterprise information management.
Today CMSWire serves an audience of more than 2.5 million readers spread across the globe, with the majority of the readership located in North America and Europe. We produce approximately 200 articles per month, with topics structured around our monthly editorial calendar.
Digital Experience Summit
Our annual customer experience conference, DX Summit, gathers an elite group of enterprise customer experience leaders for 3 days of education, networking and collaboration. In 2018 we had 400 attendees with a majority representing large enterprises in the financial services, insurance, entertainment, retail and CPG industries. Digital Workplace Experience
Our annual Digital Workplace Experience conference is the digital workplace deep-dive event of the year. Digital Workplace Experience is not your normal conference — its aim is to foster a highly interactive experience where practitioners, consultants, analysts and vendors collaborate to solve today's challenges, share best practices and define the possibilities for the near horizon.
